The Lodge

Welcome to The Cottages on Petite Lake! We're thrilled to host you and hope that you enjoy your stay. Our family works hard to maintain this quirky and fun lakefront property. We hope you love it as much as we do! Please let us know if you have any questions during your stay. We are always happy to help.

Directions + Parking

Look for this gazebo at the end of the driveway. Sometimes the GPS takes you one property too far.

Turn right up the driveway and go to the top of the hill.

You can park anywhere in front of this bright pink house in the gravel parking lot. Please do not block other cars or entrances. If this area is full, please park on an angle along the fence line.

If this area is full, please park on an angle along the fence line. Parking can be limited, so please don't create too much space between cars. Thank you!

Finding The Lodge

The circled structure has large garbage cans for any trash that needs to go out during your stay.

Follow the sidewalk and arrow towards the lake and rooftop deck.

Take the stairs down toward the lake. At the bottom of the stairs, there is a door on your lefthand side. That is the main entrance with the keypad. Hosts will provide code upon arrival.

Things to note

  • There is a fire pit on the beach that is private to Lodge guests.

  • Firewood is available for $10/bundle + fire starter or you can bring your own.

  • Firewood can also be used in the indoor fireplace. Please do not leave it unattended.

  • During the warmer months, the kayaks, paddle boards, canoes, floaties, beach toys, water volleyball, floating picnic table and pier are free to use.

  • Please respect our items and pull them up and/or put away so they don't float away. Your account may be charged if your group is responsible for lost items.

  • The rooftop deck is open for all guests to use unless there is a sign indicating that it's rented privately. Feel free to hang in the tiki bar, use the outdoor speaker, relax on the patio furniture or use the fireplace!

  • We occasionally have movie nights on the projector. Feel free to make a request!

  • Feel free to use the washer and dryer as needed

  • There are 3 rollaway twin beds with sheets and blankets on top. Feel free to move them around. They are not the most comfortable for adults.
